Governance Document

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern use of the RedPearl intake and assessment process. They define the legal boundary of the pre-engagement stage and the conditions under which information is received.

1. Nature of Service

The RedPearl intake process is a structured mechanism for collecting information for project assessment. It is part of a controlled governance process and not a general consultancy offering.

2. No Guarantee of Engagement

Completion of intake:

  • does not create a contract;
  • does not guarantee acceptance; and
  • does not imply continuation beyond assessment.

3. No Advisory Reliance

Information exchanged during intake:

  • does not constitute advice; and
  • must not be relied upon for decision-making.

4. Accuracy of Information

The submitter is responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and truthfulness of all information provided.

RedPearl is entitled to proceed on the basis that submitted information is materially accurate unless notified otherwise.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • no liability is accepted for decisions made by any party on the basis of intake-stage interaction; and
  • no liability arises prior to formal engagement under an executed agreement.

6. Communication

All communication is to be conducted through:

  • controlled channels; and
  • official correspondence.

Informal or unauthorised communication does not vary these Terms.

7. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

8. Governing Law

Any dispute arising from or in connection with the intake process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
