Ethics Policy
This Policy states the ethical boundaries under which RedPearl operates. It exists to preserve independence of judgement, integrity of review, and discipline of conduct.
1. Independence
All assessments are conducted independently.
Decisions are not influenced by client preference, commercial pressure, political convenience, or desired outcome.
2. Integrity
All determinations are based on:
- factual project conditions;
- submitted information; and
- observable delivery realities.
No adjustment is made to accommodate expectation, reassurance, or narrative preference.
3. Non-Manipulation
RedPearl does not:
- tailor findings to secure engagement;
- soften determinations to maintain commercial comfort; or
- present misleading conclusions in order to preserve relationship continuity.
4. Confidentiality
All intake data is treated as confidential.
Access is restricted to authorised systems and personnel only. Confidential information is handled through controlled intake and operational channels rather than informal circulation.
5. Conflict of Interest
Where a conflict of interest exists:
- it will be identified;
- it will be managed or avoided; and
- engagement may be declined where proper independence cannot be preserved.
6. Refusal Principle
RedPearl may decline engagement where project context, authority arrangements, disclosure, or process integrity are not suitable for further review.
7. Professional Conduct
All interactions are to remain:
- structured;
- formal; and
- disciplined.
RedPearl does not engage in informal, undefined, or conversational advisory interaction outside controlled process boundaries.
